Service Description

Every postpartum experience is different. My goal as a postpartum doula is to help improve your experience, in whatever way you need. The daytime services I offer include: Postpartum recovery assistance Newborn care (swaddling, bathing, comforting) Feeding support and assistance Judgement free and unbiased support to increase your confidence with parenting decisions Meal preparation Recognizing symptoms of postpartum mood disorders Light housekeeping and organization (sanitizing bottles and pump parts, and baby laundry included) Sibling care Referrals and references as needed
